George Washington University's Townhouse Row

GU Townhouse Row

Located on a full city block on 23rd Street between F and G Streets is Townhouse Row, which opened in the Fall of 2003.  It consists of 5 sororities and 3 fraternities and was designed specifically for Greek organizations.  Each townhouse features a finished basement, large living and dining areas, a full kitchen, and sleeps between 24-30 members.

Governance of the Greek Village
The Inter-Fraternity and Sorority Council is the governing board for all of NJIT’s social fraternities and sororities. Representatives from each Greek organization meet weekly to discuss current Greek issues and program campus events. The IFSC also plans community-wide philanthropy events, and has a peer judicial board to hear and decide on community issues.

Issues of governance for the Greek Village are being research, analyzed, and discussed by the Greek Village Task Force.

NJIT’s policy on Alcohol and Drugs, as well as state and local laws, will continue to apply to the Greek Village.
