Bayou Oaks
Built in 2003, Bayou Oaks is an on-campus townhouse facility that is home to 13 Greek chapters at the University of Houston. Bayou Oaks is designed to combine traditional chapter house with apartment-style living. NJIT is looking at Bayou Oaks as a possible model for its Greek Village.
Design of the Greek Village
Jones Lang LaSalle – the master developer for NJIT’s Gateway project has done some preliminary conceptual design on the Greek Village concept.
The Greek Village Task Force will be researching, analyzing, and discussing design issues of the Greek Village project.
